		Phoebus Days parade Each year, the Phoebus Days parade features dignitaries and any number of bands, military units and wide range of other groups who celebrate our community. In 2008, awards were are presented in the following categories: The Jerry Gordon Memorial Band Phoebus High School Best ROTC unit Hampton High School Junior ROTC Best float St Mary Star of the Sea School Best miscellaneous unit Veterans of Foreign Wars - Phoebus Post 3219 Best dance/cheer unit Five Star Cheer Best marching unit Phoebus High School Marine Corps Junior ROTC
