		2008 Phoebus Days poster contest The subject of the 2008 Phoebus Days poster is the Phoebus Fire Station. The winner of this year's contest is Terrie Hale Viars, a Phoebus native and business owner. We are especially grateful to the family of the late Phyllis Sharp Neal, a popular Phoebus artist, for underwriting this year's prize of $500 in full. We also wish to express our appreciation to Mellen Street Graphics for its support and assistance over the years in helping make an annual poster possible.
